C. SMS and Communication Data

D. Payment and Financial Information

When you pay for our Services, we may collect payment and financial information, including credit or debit card details, bank account and ACH details, and electronic transfer information. Card and bank payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your full payment card number and full bank account number are handled by those processors rather than stored in full on our systems.

We may retain limited information such as the last four digits, card type, billing name, transaction amounts, and payment records for accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention purposes. Your use of a payment processor is also subject to that processor’s own privacy policy and terms.

04 SMS Program and Opt-In Details

Bath & Floor Stiles uses SMS to respond to customer inquiries and to send appointment and project scheduling reminders, estimate and service follow-ups, project updates, billing and payment communications, customer-care messages, and—only when separately selected—promotions or offers.

You may opt in through the contact form at https://www.bathandfloorstiles.com/contact-us by entering your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the applicable optional SMS consent checkbox. The form provides separate choices for service/customer-care texts and marketing texts. The checkboxes are not required to submit the form, and consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

You may also opt in by providing your mobile number and express consent in person or on a signed estimate, proposal, or contract that includes the applicable SMS disclosures.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or project activity and may be up to 15 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@floorstiles.com. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

05 How We Use Information
